It is designed to absorb transient voltage surges up to 415 VPP (peak to peak value) and possesses high current capability of 18 A. The device has a fast response time of 5 ns, which ensures sensitive circuits are not subjected to damaging transients. CPDU24V TVS diode offers the user selectable waveforms with a response time of 6 ms, 20 ms, and 50 ms, allowing the user to customize the waveform depending upon the application.
