The CY7C149-45PC is a 64K×16 slim CMOS Static RAM with page mode. It features a two-port (A and B) architecture with read-lockouts for each port. The physical page size can be extended from the default page size of 16 bits while the mid-page address is decoded on both ports. The CY7C149-45PC uses an internal pipelined address transition which speeds up burst mode operations. Reading and writing data is made simpler by a single active low ‘R/W’ pin. This pin is used to control data read and write operations to the memory cell. It is also used to switch between multiple access cycles without external logic signals.
