DC996B-A is a high performance, low power, single-channel evaluation board for Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) that is specifically designed for applications requiring low noise performance and low jitter. It features a 12-bit ADC supported by a wide range of programmable features such as a locally generated clock signal, adjustable gains, temperature range, software calibration, and the possibility to readout multiple channels.
