The DFLZ20Q-7 is a single Zener diode integrated circuit (IC) of NXP Semiconductors. It is designed for in-circuit protection and performance-enhancing applications. The device is designed to be a very reliable Zener diode, with a breakdown voltage range from 2V to 20V and a maximum peak forward current of 1.5A. It has a fast switching time of less than 10 nanoseconds and an extremely low reverse current leakage.The DFLZ20Q-7 is typically used for applications such as voltage clamping, protection of IC pins, noise reduction, and in-circuit polarity protection. It is also used in improved audio applications such as preamps and amplifiers to reduce high frequency noise and line-level noise. In addition, because the Zener voltage is laser-trimmed during the production process, the device is able to maintain accurate voltage regulation even when exposed to significant temperature fluctuations. The device is constructed using NXP\'s advanced SAGMOS technology, a combination of advanced packaging and process technologies that improve temperature stability, power handling and speed. The device has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is available in packages of 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin Micro SMD, and 12-pin Power QFN. Overall, the DFLZ20Q-7 is a versatile and robust IC that provides superior protection and performance in a wide range of industrial and automotive applications.
