Working Principle

The DG302AAK/883 consists of two controlled bidirectional electronic analog switches that are implemented using MOSFET technology. The circuit has four operating modes: mechanical latching, positive latching, manual release, and automatic release. Mechanical latching mode is used when the switches are operating in low speed or low voltage applications. In this mode, a latching signal is applied to a control line to activate the latching mechanism, which keeps the switch ON.
