The DG309CY+ is a monolithic CMOS analog switch, multiplexer, and demultiplexer. It has an extremely wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and features a very low on-resistance of 0.6 Ohm, which makes it ideal for applications that require low power consumption. The device also has excellent precision, repeatability, and noise immunity as well as temperature stability and low distortion/crosstalk.
The DG309CY+ can be used in a variety of applications, including level shifting and voltage dividing, interface and reflection control, signal routing and data routing, analog signal conditioning, and multiplexing. It can also be used in a wide range of consumer, radio frequency, and medical applications.
The DG309CY+ can operate from an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in a 16- or 32-pin package. It can be programmed to act as either an analog switch, multiplexer, or demultiplexer and offers a break before make switching action. The analog switch offers excellent isolation and low on-capacitance; the multiplexer offers high speed data multiplexing; and the demultiplexer offers high speed data routing and analog signal conditioning.
