The switch features 0.2µA leakage current with 0.8V signal swing, 4nA maximum charge injection, and 6ns turn-on/off time. Additionally, the switch provides low off-state leakage current, with 0.04µA (max) normally-open static leakage current and 0.2µA (max) biased static leakage current.Working PrincipleThe DG409DQ-E3 is a switch that operates by controlling the gate voltage of a MOSFET. By controlling the gate voltage, the on-resistance and switching speed of the switch can be controlled. The switch is designed to be operated with a logic signal, with a logic-low corresponding to the on state and a logic-high corresponding to the off state.
