DMA261000R is a pre-biased array of four monolithic, high-voltage, double-diffused metal-oxide silicon (DMOS) transistors. These transistors each feature three terminals, a source (S), a drain (D) and a gate (G). The DMA261000R array is used primarily in dc-dc converters as a switching and synchronizing device.

The DMA261000R performs two major functions in applications.
