The DMA502010R is a dual-gate, high-voltage bipolar transistor array designed for high speed, low-power applications. The substrate of the device is electrically connected to the emitter and the N-Channel gate of each transistor. The device has two additional external connections, the collector and the P-Channel gate, which can be used to tailor the external bias and current of the device.
