The DS1345YP-70IND+ is a nonvolatile SRAM (static random-access memory) belonging to the family of Memory products. It is a high-speed, low-power consuming memory chip, optimized for a wide range of applications.

The DS1345YP-70IND+ offers 1Mb (8Mb) of nonvolatile SRAM storage with a fast 70ns (tcw) access time. It provides 12-bit data transfer and 8Kx 8-bit addressing. The internal circuit of the memory includes a shift register, address latches, and a write control circuit with error correction logic.

The chip works in either of two modes: asynchronous or page mode. In asynchronous mode, the chip reads and writes memory locations serially. This makes for a faster access time and lowers power consumption.
