EL8100IS Application Field and Working Principle

The EL8100IS is an operational amplifier (op-amp) designed for linear amplification in instrumentation, audio, and buffer applications. An operational amplifier is a differential voltage amplifier whose output is proportional to the difference in input voltages. It is characterized by two inputs - an inverting input and a non-inverting input - and an output. The EL8100IS is a unity gain, single-ended amplifier with a wide bandwidth, low distributed capacitance, and low input bias current, making it ideal for a variety of sensor measurements.

Instrumentation amplifiers (INA) are commonly used to amplify a small signal in the presence of a large common-mode noise signal.
