EPC9062 is a high performance, easy to use and integrated optimizer, which is designed specifically for mid-high power specifications and applications. In comparison to traditional radiating loads, EPC9062 can optimize the system in terms of efficiency, power density and quality. EPC9062 evaluation and demonstration board and kit is utilized as an end application for a broad range of power optimization and efficiency. The evaluation boards and development kits helps to design or evaluate applications regarding mid-high power range (100-400W). The board has the possibility to control and optimize current/voltage/power/system temperature through fast and accurate voltage regulation as well as smart current control.
These evaluation boards and kits can be used to evaluate the performance of EPC9062 in applications such as energy efficiency, LED lighting, automotive power and server power systems.
The operating principle of EPC9062 evaluation and demonstration board and kits is based on the use of low power analogue, digital and RF circuits and components. The board contains two dedicated control loops in order to achieve the necessary power regulation and quality. The first control loop adjusts the power tap setting and the voltage-regulating loop takes care of the current control. The control system is integrated on the board and used for the accurate power regulation. In the integrated controller separate current control loops for each channel of the load regulators are provided.
