FEP16GT/45

FEP16GT/45 diodes are a special type of diode specifically designed for use in power rectification and array applications. They feature high forward-voltage drop and low reverse-voltage leakage characteristics which make them ideal for these types of applications. In addition, they have a low excess-current capacity (does not allow for overloading on one leg of the diode array) and are very reliable in operation.

In a power rectifier application, these diodes are typically connected in series to form a single-phase or multi-phase rectifier circuit. The series-connected diodes form a bridge rectifier circuit, which can be used to rectify an AC input signal into a DC output signal. As the voltage across each diode increases, the forward voltage drop of the diode increases, which then reduces the amount of power that is delivered to the load. The reverse bias current leakage increases as well, which decreases the efficiency of the diode.

In an array application, the FEP16GT/45 diodes are typically arranged in pairs or arrays of up to four diodes. An array of diodes is a diode bridge which can be used to transfer DC load current from one load to another load. The diodes must be arranged in order to ensure that the total forward voltage drop for the array is equal to the input voltage, and that the reverse bias current leakage is minimal. In addition, the diode arrays must be able to withstand a high amount of load current.

The FEP16GT/45 diodes can be used in both power rectification and array applications. The diodes\' high forward voltage drop and low reverse-voltage leakage characteristics provide excellent performance in these type of applications. Additionally, the diodes are quite reliable and can withstand a large amount of load current without damaging itself.
