The FSFR2100US is a field effect transistor (FET) device with a control circuit and is manufactured to provide a precise current monitoring capability to improve system power efficiency and reduce power loss in a variety of circuits. It features an internal over-current protection (OCP) circuit which limits the maximum current to a safety level. Additionally, the wide range of operating temperature and low supply current makes the device suitable for both hard and soft switching applications. The FSFR2100US is packaged as a DFN 3x2 package with a TSSOP 8×8 exposed paddle, and is RoHS compliant.
