Introduction:

GP10WE-M3/54 is a kind of semiconductor rectifier diodes from the “Single” series of rectifiers from Thyristors and Rectifiers. This diode has major applications in various fields and devices like Inverters, AC-DC Power Supply & Converters, Ballast, and Switch mode power supply.

General Characteristics:

The GP10WE-M3/54 rectifier diodes are of low leakage, high surge design and have a maximum repetitive peak forward current at 25C temperature of 10A and it is temperature coefficient of -0.11A/ deg C. It is also rated at a forward voltage drop of 1.8 Volt at 10A and has a maximum junction temperature of 150C. This diode has a voltage blocking capability of 600V and can withstand 14V reverse voltages. It is also insulated with high temperature ceramic of class “H” insulation to avoid electric shocks during operation.
