HER1008G C0G

HER1008G C0G series diodes are made of high-reliability ceramic submount material and have extremely low residual inductance. The C0G diode package is to minimize the de-rating of the diodes in power applications. The series includes single, dual, and four diode packages, the common type is one diode package with a T suffix.
