The HIP4086APZ is a family of 900V high voltage P-channel MOSFET drivers. They are designed and optimized specifically for efficient driving of high side power MOSFETs. These drivers feature logic-level to 900V gate-drive capability over a wide operating range. These drivers are available as both 8-pin DIPs and SO packages.
The HIP4086APZ drivers are designed for universal high-side gate drivers for MOSFETs, IGBTs, and bipolar transistors. The drivers are optimized for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in multi-phase or phase-shifted high current buck converters, synchronous rectifiers, and full-bridge circuits. They are also designed to provide high-speed logic-level gate drive solutions for both low- and high-side switching applications. With its wide supply voltage range and high-speed performance, the HIP4086APZ provides a cost-effective way of driving large SOI power devices.
