Working Principle

The IL4208-X009 is a dual-channel optoisolator, with one input and two outputs, a Triac and an SCR, respectively. The input of the optoisolator is an Infineon Technologies transistor that is connected to a light-emitting diode (LED), which produces light when current passes through it. This light is directed to a photodiode. The photodiode will convert the light energy into electrical energy and output it to the Triac and SCR.
