The IR3623MPBF is a Voltage Regulator specifically designed as an advanced DC-DC switching controller. Additionally, all circuits have integrated soft-start and two options of frequency limiting that allows easy control of the switching frequency, while meeting the required output current demands.

The IR3623MPBF has low power standby mode, disables Start pin during normal operation, supports internal Delta-Sigma Modulator for accurate current sensing, supports OCP/OTP, enables power light/LED dimming, and a programmable switching frequency of up to 3MHz. It is provided in a thermally enhanced thermally enhanced MSOP-10 package for ease-of-use and improved thermal performance.
