The ISL6439IBZ-T is a high-efficiency, integrated boost-buck controller which incorporates an N-channel MOSFET that is capable of providing up to 28V of output from an input voltage rail ranging from 4.5V to 20V in battery-powered systems. It is designed for both step-up and step-down operations, delivering a wide input and output dynamic range to meet the varying power requirements of different applications.

The ISL6439IBZ-T is integrated with a variety of features to help reduce overall design complexity and cost. Working Principle
