The JANTX2N3772 is a NPN silicon transistor used in a variety of electronic and digital applications. The JANTX2N3772 is specifically designed for interface, audio, and logic applications. The JANTX2N3772 is designed for small-signal microwave amplifier applications up to 3GHz with optimum results at 1GHz. It has an excellent high-frequency performance, low noise (0.5dB typical at 1MHz), and high gain (68dB typical at 1GHz).
