The KA79M08 is a three-terminal adjustable Linear Voltage Regulator. It is specifically designed to provide a stabilized output voltage from different types of power sources, including a variety of battery chemistries. The KA79M08 has a wide input voltage range and high-accuracy line regulation and with thermally-enhanced efficiency. The KA79M08 leverage high-accuracy voltage regulation, low quiescent current and low output noise to provide a dependable supply of power for low dropsout regulators. The KA79M08 is designed to sustain continuous operation with input-output differential of 1.3V or less. It is designed to provide fixed and adjustable output voltage while supplying up to 100mA of current. The KA79M08 is also designed for excellent PSRR performance and suitable for noisy environments.
