The LM25088MH-2/NOPB is a stepdown switching DC/DC controller. It is a highly integrated, high efficiency current mode switching regulator with advanced features such as prebias compatibility, internal soft start, rapid loop compensation, shutdown control, foldback current limit, and >95% peak efficiency over a wide input voltage range. It is designed for step down isolated DC/DC conversion in applications that require precise control of the output voltage and current. The LM25088MH-2/NOPB is a field-effect transistor (FET) gate driver that not only provides the necessary gate drive for the external high side and low side FETs to optimize efficiency but also senses the voltage across the high side FET to provide accurate output voltage regulation.
