The LM2742MTC is a high-performance DC-DC switching controller for dual-mode synchronous buck-boost applications with an integrated 100mΩ high-side FET. It enables seamless transitioning from buck to boost mode, producing positive or negative output depending on the state of the output voltage relative to its input voltage. The LM2742MTC features a programmable frequency of up to 1MHz, allowing for higher efficiency, higher output power, and lower output ripple voltage. The LM2742MTC also operates with a range of input voltages, from 3.0V to 24V, and is designed to provide constant-current and constant-voltage regulation to accommodate multiple load cases.

In addition, for system enable/disable control, the LM2742MTC has an integrated enable/shutdown pin.
