The LM2901S14-13 is a voltage comparator integrated circuit that is ideal for a number of applications. It is a dual 8-pin SOT-23-6 package logic level device that is designed for operation with low-power linear and logic signals. Literally, LM2901S14-13 is a low-power device that is capable of producing an output voltage when two input signals are not the same. It generates a voltage output when two input signals are different at the input pins of A and B. The LM2901S14-13 comparison circuit provides high speed, low power operation that exceeds the performance of other comparators available in the market today. The LM2901S14-13 is designed to operate under the comparator principle. This means that the LM2901S14-13 will compares two input voltages and produces an output based on their relative magnitude. The A and B pins are connected to an external circuit, and when the voltage at the A pin is greater than the voltage at the B pin, a HIGH output is generated. On the other hand, if the voltage at the B pin is greater than the voltage at the A pin, a LOW output is generated. The LM2901S14-13 can also be used as a non-inverting comparator. In non-inverting mode, the output is the same as the input when the A pin is more positive than the B pin.
