Linear-ComparatorsThe LM2903AQTH-13 is an integrated dual comparator designed to be used in amplifiers, signal conditioning and signal processing. This comparator is designed to compare two inputs that are close in magnitude and produce a logic output when the two are either equal or else differ slightly. The output of the LM2903AQTH-13 is TTL compatible and can be used to directly activate other components such as relays and LEDs. The outputs can also be used to drive logic circuits such as flip-flops and counters.The LM2903AQTH-13 comparator is an improved version of the LM2903A and uses sub-micron technologies to provide higher resolution, longer life and lower cost than its predecessor. The comparator consists of a pair of high-impedance inputs and one low-impedance output. The LM2903AQTH-13 also features ESD protection on the sensitive parts of the chip, allowing it to be used in environments where electrostatic discharge might be present.The LM2903AQTH-13 can be used in a variety of applications, such as AC coupled video circuits, direct digital synthesizers (DDS) and digital frequency resolution. The comparator’s low-power consumption and low-drift design make it especially suited for low-power applications, like battery-powered and portable devices.
