The LM3420M5-12.6 is an ideal solution for battery charger applications requiring wide input voltage range, highly accurate regulation voltage, low quiescent current, excellent line and load regulation, and fast transient response. This battery charger can be used to charge single cell Li-Ion/Li-Pol battery packs with a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 28V. It is a pulse width modulation(PWM) charge controller with high accuracy, fast response time, and low quiescent current.
