LM360MX/NOPB digital comparators are widely used in control, switching, and data communication circuits for a variety of applications. Comparators are able to detect changes in a signal, or to compare two or more signals, and output a digital result based on this comparison. Comparators are also used to discern small changes in electrical signals, such as those found in various analog circuits.

The LM360MX/NOPB analog comparator features a high speed comparator (2MHz) with a low input offset voltage. This makes it suitable for a variety of applications, including AC waveform detection, frequency comparison, error detection, and auto-zero functionality. The circuit is supplied in a surface-mount package and utilizes a single supply of only 4.5V-28V.

The LM360MX/NOPB digital comparator consists of two input terminals, a positive and a negative input, and two output terminals, a positive and a negative output. When an input signal is applied between the two inputs, an output is generated at the two output terminals based on the magnitude of the input signal. If the input signal is greater than or equal to the reference voltage, the output is set to a high level; if the input signal is less than the reference voltage, the output is set to a low level.
