Working Principle

The LMV844MAX/NOPB consists of two independent op-amps with a wide signal range, two load resistors, a high-speed Impedance-Controlled Multiplexor (ICM), and a power circuit. The ICM is responsible for selecting the output from either the positive or negative op-amp and multiplexing it to an output terminal. The load resistors are used to control the output voltage. The power circuit provides the necessary bias current, operating current, and driver current for the op-amps.

The op-amps amplify the input signal and, after the ICM selects which signal is to be output, the result is sent to the output terminal at a given voltage. The LMV844MAX/NOPB also features a shutdown feature that can be used to disable the output when not in use.
