The LMV844MT/NOPB is a wideband, low-noise amplifier specifically designed to operate over the range of DC to 400 MHz. It provides a high gain, low noise and excellent linearity for signal amplification, signal conditioning and signal routing applications. The LMV844MT/NOPB is part of TI’s low-noise amplifier family, which is offered in both surface mount and through-hole packages. The LMV844MT/NOPB is a unity gain buffer amplifier that provides a high input impedance, low distortion, and wideband performance for many signal amplification, signal conditioning, and signal routing applications.

The LMV844MT/NOPB is constructed from two BiCMOS processes, and features a wide bandwidth of 4.5 GHz (-3dB), a wide supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and a low quiescent power consumption of 145uA per channel. It is housed in a miniature 8-pin SOT package, and is significantly smaller than comparable parts in the industry. In addition to its wide bandwidth, low quiescent current, and low noise performance, the LMV844MT/NOPB features a temperature range of -40C to+125C, making it ideal for use in industrial and automotive applications.

The LMV844MT/NOPB is designed to operate over the DC to 400 MHz range, and offers low noise performance (noise voltage of 1.3nV/rtHz). It also offers excellent linearity over the entire frequency range, providing the ideal buffer for applications requiring high gain, low noise, and wideband operation. The LMV844MT/NOPB is also optimized for use with a supply voltage of 5.0V.

In terms of features, the LMV844MT/NOPB offers the following: an input impedance of 5k ohms, an open loop gain of 14dB, a low harmonics distortion of 0.010%, a small group delay of 130ns, and a high slew rate of 35v/us. It also provides excellent thermal performance, as well as ESD protection.
