The LT1677CS8#PBF is a high-speed operational amplifier based on the power-mural Heterolithic MOSFET process. Its primary transistors are isolated low threshold transistors at high voltage, with a small junction capacitance for rail-to-rail operation. It features a wide bandwidth with rail-to-rail input and output operation as well as a low Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of -59 dB at 1 kHz.

The amplifier’s input stage designs offer excellent common-mode rejection and high slew rates with a low Output-to-Input Noise Gain ratio of -67 dB at unity gain. The open-loop gain of the LT1677CS8#PBF is 4.7V/µs for a gain-bandwidth product of up to 300 MHz. The amplifier exhibits a low overdrive and distortion, a wide differential voltage range, and a low quiescent current consumption of 8 mA at room temperature.

The LT1677CS8#PBF offers a low-noise, low-bias, and high-speed operation with a high-voltage differential operation. The amp exhibits excellent CMRR and very low distortion, making it an ideal choice for applications where high-precision signals are required.
