LT1683IG#TRPBF is a integration of a switching regulator controller with a high frequency power MOSFET. It implements current mode based switching power conversion architectures such as buck and boost. It is a high-performance controller intended for a wide range of DC to DC conversion applications. It is a monolithic switching regulator controller that includes cycle-by-cycle over current protection, adjustable frequency and synchronous rectification, and temperature compensated current regulation.

The application field of LT1683IG#TRPBF is varied and depends on a few fundamental parameters, such as input voltage, output power, efficiency, power supply type and switching frequency.
