Introduction

The LT3430IFE-1#TRPBF is a switched capacitor voltage regulator with internal feedback. It uses a fully integrated stacked capacitor converter to deliver up to 500mA output current over a wide input voltage range of 3V to 6V. Working Principle

The integrated circuit contains two identical DC-DC buck converter sub-circuits. The switch turns on during the input voltage transition and turns off during the output voltage transition. The current sense amplifier senses the instantaneous switching current through the inductor, thereby limiting the peak inductor current.
