LT3473EDD#TRPBF is a synchronous step-down switching regulator designed to efficiently provide up to 3A of output current from a wide input voltage range. With high efficiency and excellent line/load transient response, this switching regulator is well suited for a variety of applications such as battery-powered equipment and post-regulators. It uses synchronous rectification to achieve high efficiency over a wide output load range. The parts operate with a fixed frequency of 4.1MHz, resulting in lower external component count than equivalent solutions operating in a pulse-width-modulation scheme.
