LT4254IGN#PBF: Application Field and Working Principle
LT4254IGN#PBF, a member of PMIC - Hot Swap Controllers, is a powerful circuit chip that is commonly applied for DC/DC converter, server, and telecommunications application.
This device controls the inrush current during the start-up, shutdown and fault of a hot-swap application. It is also capable of disabling the power switch at over-temperature, under-voltage and over Bias Current conditions for better safety and reliability. Generally, LT4254IGN#PBF is designed for boosting efficiency, maximizing thermal dissipation, and protecting batteries from over-charge issues. The complete feature set of LT4254IGN#PBF can be divided into four main sections:
- Temperature & Undervoltage Shutdown: LT4254IGN#PBF provides a precise temperature and undervoltage feature set which helps in detecting the temperature deviation across the system. Additionally, it offers precise shutdown levels which can be used to protect the system from malfunction and ensures consistent operation
