Applications

Working Principle

The LTC7003IMSE#PBF is a dual gate driver, with two low side and two high side drivers. Each low side driver can source or sink up to 800mA of current, while each high side driver can source or sink up to 700mA of current. The high side and low side drivers are controlled by two input control voltage pins. The input voltage can be set to range from 2.9V to 18V, by adjusting the control voltage pins.

When the power is applied, an under voltage lockout protection will be activated in order to protect the circuit from malfunctions. When the UVLO threshold is reached, the driver will be enabled and the input control voltage pins will control the high side and low side drivers respectively. The high side and low side drivers will then switch between two states with a configurable dead time up to 2.2V.
