Working Principle

In PFM mode, the regulator will regulate the output voltage by varying the switching frequency. When the output voltage is increased, the duty cycle increases, and when the output voltage is decreased, the duty cycle decreases.
The LV5068V-TLM-H has an integrated power switch for both its boost and buck converters. It uses a low-voltage startup to reduce system current and minimize stress on the power switch. The power switch operates at a frequency of up to 1MHz and a duty cycle of up to 100%, to maximize efficiency in various output power levels. The Control Input (CI) pin enables direct connection to a Microcontroller Unit (MCU) or other control logic for synchronization with the application.
