The MAX1002EVKIT evaluation kit provides comprehensive and easy-to-use evaluation capabilities for designers seeking to design high-performance analog-to-digital (ADC) converters. The MAX1002EVKIT is a complete evaluation and development system designed specifically for the popular MAX1002 family of 10/12-bit monolithic ADCs. The evaluation kit is equipped with an onboard MAX1002, all of the necessary support hardware, and the supporting software package for quick and easy evaluation.The MAX1002 ADC family was specifically designed for high-speed, low-power 12/10-bit conversions. It features a wide input range of 1V, 2.5V, and 5V and an ultra-low intrinsic power dissipation of 77mW, making it ideal for battery-operated applications. It also features an integrated low-noise voltage reference, self-calibration capabilities, and low gain error and offset to optimize accuracy.
