MAX13234EEUP+

The MAX13234EEUP+ is an active mini-ESD protecotor with an integrated low-side load switch. The device also has an integrated low-side load switch that is capable of handling up to 100-mA continuous current and is triggered by the same ESD detection circuitry. The device features a fast power-on reset (PORT) which prevents the output from turning on until the switch is activated.

The MAX13234EEUP+ also has an active parasitic aluminum capacitor protection circuit that prevents ESD pulses on the power supply line from triggering the output turn-on. The ESD protection circuitry is enabled when the power supply line voltage is between 5.5-V and 36-V. The device is RoHS compliant and is rated for operation over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
