The MAX14714EWL+T is a four-channel power switch, load driver, and fault detector all on one chip. It provides a comprehensive power management solution and is designed to meet the needs of a variety of automotive applications. The device features an integrated charge pump which provides reverse-polarity protection for the load, and over-voltage, over-temperature, and over-current protection. The MAX14714EWL+T is also flexible, as it supports a wide variety of digital logic levels, and can operate from -40°C to +125°C. It also supports I2C and SPI communications.
The MAX14714EWL+T operates on a 5V power supply, and a wide variety of logic voltage levels from 1.6V to 5V.
