The MAX1518EVKIT evaluation board is a DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS system, designed to allow quick and easy evaluation of the MAX1518/1519 offline switching regulator ICs. These ICs provide flexible integrated circuit solutions for various high-density, high-efficiency power conversion applications.
The MAX1518EVKIT system consists of a MAX1518 power stage IC connected to a DC power input, and an adjustable AC bridge power stage. The input voltage can be adjusted from 70 to 260 VAC, allowing the evaluation of different power requirements. The DC voltage output range is 0.9 V to 18 V. Output power is adjustable from 6.5 W to 25 W, and the board comes with a wide selection of input and output connectors.
