The MAX17005ETP+T is a highly integrated battery fuel gauge IC built with Maxim Integrated\'s proprietary ModelGauge m5 fuel gauge algorithm, designed for 3.7V or higher Li+ rechargeable battery packs. It provides customers with very accurate self-discharge estimates as well as targeted charge completion alarms. The IC includes a PowerPath™ controller, unique battery chemistries, supports temperature measurement and can be used for high accuracy fuel gauging in a wide variety of consumer, automotive and industrial applications.

The MAX17005ETP+T is part of Maxim Integrated\'s PMIC - Battery Chargers family.
