The MAX17006BETP+T also features short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection and over-current protection to prevent damage to the battery and other components. The MAX17006BETP+T integrates a chip-level power-good indicator to immediately signal when the battery is fully charged. It also integrates a charge status flag to inform the host processor when the charge is complete ore interrupted. This allows the host processor to get an accurate representation of the battery\'s charge status throughout the charge process.In order to maximize battery performance and longevity, the MAX17006BETP+T features precision-phase regulation and flexibility.
