The MAX17604ATA+T is a unipolar Full-Bridge Gate Driver specifically designed for Resonant Drive Practices and LLC Converter Operation. This device features a fast-recovery operation for suppressed switching losses typical of LLC resonant converters such as half bridge, full bridge, and three-phase converters.

The MAX17604ATA+T is a powerful yet easy to use gate driver, offering superior electrical performance, protection features, and a wide operating voltage. It is capable of driving a wide range of Power-MOSFETs with ease, and the built-in features help ensure safe operation of the gate drivers.

MAX17604ATA+T gate drivers source and sink current of up to 28A, allowing greater control and flexibility when driving Power-MOSFETs. The minimum high voltage of this device allows operation of both high and low-side Power-MOSFETs, while the low voltage level creates an easy-to-use high side output stage. The versatility of the MAX17604ATA+T\'s gate driver inputs extend to both standard 4.5V to 28V logic and 0.5V to 4.5V logic.
