The MAX1796EUA+ is a DCDC switching regulator designed to provide power to integrated circuits and other low-voltage applications. It features an integrated voltage regulator, a low quiescent current of 8µA, and an adjustable output voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5V.

The MAX1796EUA+ incorporates a voltage regulator along with a high-speed synchronous P-channel MOSFET switch.
