A Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode (TVS Diode), also known as a clamp diode, is a semiconductor device designed to protect electrical circuits and components from high transient voltage conditions, such as electrostatic discharges, surges, spikes, and transients. The MAX3203EETT+T is a SURFACE MOUNT Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode manufactured by Maxim Integrated.
