MAX32620IWG+ is a highly integrated, ultra-low-power microcontroller with various applications in industry-leading wireless, automotive, and medical markets. Based on the Edison High Performance Multi-core Microcontroller, MAX32620IWG+ provides you with a rich platform for developing embedded applications.
The MAX32620IWG+ devices are fully compliant with the ISO/IEC 8859 family of ASCII character sets. The device provides more than 32K software FLASH, more than 8K SRAM, three USB 2.0 ports and an eMMC 4.5 flash storage interface. Based on the 32bit ARM Cortex-M4F core, the MAX32620IWG+ runs up to 120 MHz. The device also supports optional Advanced Safety and Security (AS&S) with its ARMv7-M architecture.
MAX32620IWG+ offers wide-ranging applications due to its rich set of peripherals, including analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, timers and counters, pulse-width frequency modulation, three I2C buses, four UARTs, two SPI buses, and a quad SPI bus. In addition, the device also has a comprehensive set of digital peripheral interfaces, including two USB 2.0 ports, one Host/Device/OTG port, and a four-lane MIPI D-PHY (MIPI DSI Supper Speed) interface.
