TheMAX8744ETJ+T is an ultra-low current, high accuracy low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with an adjustable operating range of 1.2V to 5.5Vout. The MAX8744ETJ+T is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range, and is rated for operation up to 10mA. This device is ideal for portable designs, where the portable power source, such as a battery, has a limited supply current.
The MAX8744ETJ+Tfeatures a low quiescent current of only 0.9 µA (typical). This ensures very low power dissipation when in active mode, as well as low power consumption when in sleep mode. The Working Principle
