Working Principle

The MBR6035R rectifier uses an unconventional series of three diodes, wired in parallel, with a common anode (positive) terminal and three separate cathode (negative) terminals. This essentially gives each diode a separate anode and cathode connection, allowing it to conduct current. The three diodes are configured in such a way that only one diode will conduct current at any given time, and if two are on, the third one is open, meaning the reverse polarity of the voltage will prevent the current from flowing in the opposite direction.
