MBRF20H100CTG Diodes - Rectifiers - Arrays
MBRF20H100CTG, a highly efficient rectifier bridge array is used in different applications where high-performance diodes play an essential role. It is most commonly used when peak current capability and improved power dissipation are required in a wide range of switching and rectification circuits. This diode has a fast reverse recovery time, low forward voltage drop, and very low leakage, which makes it suitable for many power switching and protection applications.
